Ronald is degree qualified (applied social science), has vocational qualifications relating to management and governance and possesses Belbin Team Roles and DISC Advanced accreditation. He is a provider of a Leader as Coach workshop (see My Workshop Series) and a member of the Association for Coaching. As with all my coaching engagements, my coaching work is confidential to my client and details are not published or disclosed to others; this and other aspects are outlined in my coaching contract. Having worked in government and non-government sectors, at senior management level, the ability to disclosure confidential and/or organisational sensitive information to external professionals is of critical importance in managing contracts; these aspects are also included in my coaching contract.
